If the slides are out of focus, the scanned images will be out of focus. If the slides are blurred, the scanned images will be blurred. All we can do is scan what is there. If your slides are broken or damaged in any way, we will attempt to repair them at no extra cost.
...it is best to send them in boxes specially designed for the purpose. If you don't have any of these, slides for scanning can be sent tightly wrapped in a small cardboard box.
We can usually tell which side is the front, on most brands of slide, and we will make every effort to scan your slides the correct way round. However, it is sometimes helpful if you label one slide to show us which is the front.
Previous customers have drawn a blue dot on the top right hand corner of the front of their slides.
If your slides fall apart in transit, then you may be charged at an hourly rate of £10/hr for us to reassemble them.
