Returns policy

Because of the nature of the product we provide, we cannot simply refund you if you send us back the disc we have produced: individuals may have already copied the image files to their computer.

However, if you have specific problems with certain images, please email them to us, describing your concerns. We will attempt to settle your concerns by describing the steps we have already taken to enhance the image(s) or steps that you could take.

If you are still not happy, we will happily re-scan your originals free of charge. However, you will have to cover the cost of getting your photographic material to us and for the cost of return delivery. We will use our courier for this and charge you at cost. Full payment must be received and cleared before we will send your disc and photographic materials back to you.

If you are not happy with the video to DVD transfer service that you receive from us, we adopt a similar policy. We will happily re-transfer your home videos to DVD for free, but, you will be responsible for the cost of delivery to us and back to your home address. We will charge you at cost for the return delivery.
