35mm, 110 and 126 negative scanning is carried out using an Epson Perfection V700 Photo Scanner. The negatives are held in place with specially designed frames and so are completely safe.

Negative scanning turns your treasured memories into digital photos that you can share more easily with friends or family.

You may even discover memories you didn't know you had.

Having your large format negatives scanned means that if in future, you want to look back at your memories, they are easily available on your PC and your negatives can be kept safely away, preserving your memories for longer.

You will be able to enjoy your digital negative scans forever. As digital photos, they will not fade, or lose any colour definition.

If the negatives are out of focus, the scanned images will be out of focus. If the negatives are blurred, the scanned images will be blurred. All we can do is scan what is there.

When sending your negatives to us...

...it is best to put them in sachets specially designed for the purpose.

If the negatives don't have their specific type written on them, it is helpful if you could let us know somehow. If you are not sure, don't worry, it doesn't usually affect the end result.

If you send us your negatives for scanning as full length films, we will carefully cut the film into strips of six negatives. This will not damage any of your treasured memories in any way.
